Wrong size, not the right colour – whatever it is, we are happy to help you find the right product.

How to Return an Item

• Please complete the returns form sent with your order and enclose it with your return.
• From the date you receive your goods, you have 14 days to notify us of your intention to return and a further 14 days to send the items back.
• Items must be returned in their original shoe boxes and show no signs of use or damage. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the goods do not meet this standard.
• Return postage costs are your responsibility.

Refunds

• We will refund the item(s) within 14 days of receiving your return.
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
• Please allow up to 6 business days for the refund to appear in your account after it has been processed.

Sale Items

Items purchased on sale can be returned for a refund for the amount paid for the items. During sale periods, returns may take up to 10 business days to process.

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we are unable to facilitate exchanges. If you wish to change an item for another size, colour or style, we recommend you return the original item and place a new order.

Faulty Items

We are committed to producing high quality shoes from the best and safest materials. However, if a manufacturing gremlin managed to slip past our gatekeepers, please follow the instructions below.

• Please get in touch with our Customer Service team and send a photo of the fault.
• Our team will take care of you and manage the returns process.
• We reserve the right to assess the condition and age of returned goods before offering an exchange, discount voucher, refund or repair.
